Holy BIG Stock Pot!!

Holy BIG Stock Pot!! The pot on the left is a normal “large” pot. Now the pot on the right… that’s my amazingly huge stock pot! My father gave me this pot years ago…. and I have to say that I use it a ton! It’s twice the size of a normal “big” pot. I can cook anything in it! I just wanted to share, because I think every cook should have an enormous pot like this!! I mean look at the size of this thing!!! It’s so large that it barely fits under the microwave above my stove 🙂 I never have to worry about running out of room if I double a recipe…. and it saves me a TON of time, because I can double, triple or even quadruple recipes. It’s a must for when I make my homemade chicken broth too!
