Ham and Cheese Pretzel Sliders! These were seriously the easiest things on the planet to make! If any of you saw my post yesterday… I made burgers with these pretzel buns that I bought at Costco. Make sure you check out that recipe here! I had a ton of buns left over as well as ham… so I whipped these up in literally a minute. So easy!
Ingredients:
- Pretzel buns
- Ham, sliced
- Swiss cheese, sliced (I also had sliced havarti in my fridge, that the kids love, so I did a few with havarti as well)
- Good mustards of your liking. (I used 1/3 cup of Annie’s Honey Mustard and 1/3 cup Annie’s Horseradish Mustard)
Instructions:
- Turn on your oven, to LOW broil.
- Slice your buns in half, and set aside.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine your mustards and mix well. Generously, spoon your mustard mixture onto both sides of your bun.
- On the bottom bun, layer your cheese and ham. Place both the bottom part of your sandwich and the top bun on a baking sheet cut side facing up. Broil until the cheese is melted and your sandwich is nice and hot. Place top bun onto your sandwich and enjoy!!
